Nice staff and fantastic location really close to Ocho Rios, and the falls and the view from the top. Updated guest room, very comfy beds.

I took a premier king room with a Jacuzzi tub and a nice view and at the Emerald Lagoon. The breakfast was exceptionally good and lovely, by the food and reasonably priced. The staff was honest, provided an efficient check-in and an easy check-out. The location of the property was marvellous, in building 9 which is next to the beach.

The room was neat and newly decorated, included with plush towels and the utensils and a huge shower. Booked the hotel for its stunning and amazing location right by storage space and the garden and the sea. I ate at the a la carte restaurant near the venue. My food was amazing and good.

The breakfasts where always above average with delicious omelettes made by Merric and lamb and Crab legs.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant was small with great food here, I had freshly cooked dishes. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had glorious views especially at sunset. The venue's position was very central. You could walk to a market and gift shops. I really enjoyed exceptional service and would stay here again.

Very central location in the lovely gardens. Exceptionally comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom and a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and ironing facilities in the room.

The room had climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. The location was central to Konoko Falls and near the Platinum Restaurant and the beach.

Location so close to landmarks along a 30 minute ride, Jewel Paradise Cove in October 2019, and other beaches in Jamaica. Reasonably good options at breakfast.

Clean hotel in a neat building just next door to gardens with abundant foliage, bright flowers and large palm trees, the sea and the Italian restaurant. Incredible, fantastic location away from all the nightlife...

It was a delightful experience. Fantastic location on the beach with great entertainment, courteous staff, everything was well-maintained. The service was exceptional, including an efficient check-in. Also, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient. Location: the hotel was near to Jamaica for about 11 years and a bigger bay. There was a pizza restaurant nearby.
